Girl Connect is built around one idea: meet new people, stay anonymous, leave no trace. Below is a quick summary of what this means in practice.
- No account. You don't sign up, register, or log in. There is no profile, no email, no phone number, and no password.
- No personal data stored. We do not save your name, age, gender, photos, messages, or chat history on any server.
- Anonymous match queue. While you are waiting for a video call match, an anonymous session ID is held in Firebase Realtime Database for a maximum of a few minutes and is automatically deleted when the call ends (or when you go offline).
- Live video is peer-to-peer. Your camera and microphone stream directly to the other user via Agora. We do not record, store, or transcribe calls.
- Ads are shown by Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device's Advertising ID to show ads. You can reset or opt out from your Android settings.
- You must be 18 or older to use the app. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Girl Connect Live Video Chat mobile application ("App") operated by Being Late Apps ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. The Service
Girl Connect is a video chat application that randomly pairs adult users for one-to-one live video and audio conversations, and also offers AI chat, pre-recorded creator videos, and a self-help advice section. The App requires a working camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. There are no accounts, profiles, or persistent user records.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are not, you must stop using the App immediately. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18.
3. No Accounts, No Profiles
The App does not require registration. There is no username, email, phone number, profile photo, bio, friend list, or follower list. Any name, age, gender, country, or "we want to meet" preference you enter on the setup screens is held only in your device's memory for the duration of the current session and is not transmitted to our servers, not logged, and not stored anywhere once the app is closed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Use the App if you are under 18.
- Record, screenshot, capture, or stream the video or audio of your call without the other user's clear consent (where local law requires it).
- Harass, threaten, bully, blackmail, extort, stalk, or otherwise harm another user.
- Show, share, or stream any content that is sexual, pornographic, violent, hateful, illegal, or that exploits minors in any way.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age.
- Use the App to spam, advertise, sell, solicit, or promote commercial products or services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or automated means to access the App or its matching infrastructure.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems.
5. Live Video Calls
Video and audio calls run on Agora's real-time communication network using peer-to-peer channels. Calls are not recorded, stored, or transcribed by us or by Agora for our use. The other party in the call may, in principle, record the call from their own device; you are responsible for your own decision about what to say and show on camera, and for stopping the call if you are uncomfortable.
6. AI Chat and Creator Videos
The App offers conversations with AI-generated characters ("AI Chat") and a library of pre-recorded videos ("Creator Videos"). AI characters are not real people and do not collect any personal information. Creator Videos are static media files delivered from our content server; playing them does not transmit any personal data from your device to the creator.
7. Safety and Reporting
The App provides a "Report" and "Block" function during and after calls. Reports may include the anonymous session ID of the call and a brief reason. We may use this information solely to investigate the report and protect other users. We may suspend or ban anonymous sessions that repeatedly violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, logos, trademarks, and all related content (other than user-generated content) are owned by Being Late Apps and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that matches will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Being Late Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the App, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Girl Connect Live Video Chat ("we", "our", "us") collects, why, and how it is handled. Because the App is designed to be anonymous, the answer to most of these questions is simply: we don't collect it.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Because the App does not require an account, we do not collect, store, or share:
- Your real name, username, email address, or phone number.
- Your profile photo, bio, age (beyond what you select on a local picker), or gender (beyond what you tap on a local button).
- Your contacts, address book, or social network accounts.
- Your GPS, precise location, or device location.
- Photos, videos, audio recordings, or screenshots from your device.
- The content of your video or audio calls (we do not record calls).
- The content of your AI chat messages beyond the live session.
2. Information We Do Collect
- Anonymous session ID for matching. When you start a video call, the App creates a temporary, random, anonymous ID and writes it to our Firebase Realtime Database under
/waiting/. When another user is also waiting, the two anonymous IDs are linked under /matches/ with a random room ID, and the call begins. The moment the call ends — or you go offline — both entries are automatically removed from the database (onDisconnect().removeValue()). The anonymous ID cannot be traced back to you personally, because we never collected anything personal in the first place.
- Advertising ID. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob automatically receives your device's Advertising ID (a resettable, non-personal ID provided by Android) so it can serve and measure ads. AdMob may also receive coarse device information (device model, OS version, language, country) and event data (ad shown, ad clicked). See Google's advertising privacy policy.
- App analytics. The App uses Firebase Analytics, which collects anonymous event data such as which screen you opened, which button you tapped, app version, and crash reports. This data is anonymous, is not linked to any personal identifier, and is used by us only to improve the App.
- Report data. If you tap "Report" on another user, the App may send us the anonymous session ID of the call and the reason you selected. We use this only to investigate abuse.
3. How the Matching Service Works (Technical)
When you tap the "Video Call" button and complete the setup (name, gender, age, country, age room, preference), the App:
- Generates a random anonymous ID locally on your device.
- Writes that ID to
Firebase Realtime Database → /waiting/<anonymous-id> with a timestamp.
- Listens for another waiting user. When one is found, the App pairs both IDs and creates a room ID.
- Joins the Agora video channel using that room ID. Your camera and microphone stream peer-to-peer to the other user.
- When the call ends (or you disconnect), Firebase automatically deletes
/waiting/ and /matches/ entries via the onDisconnect handler.
None of the steps above involve transmitting your name, age, gender, country, or preference to our servers. Those values stay in your device's memory for the current session only.
4. Permissions the App Requests
The App asks for only the permissions it needs to provide its core features. You can deny any permission at any time in your device settings, but doing so will break the related feature.
- INTERNET — to connect to Firebase, Agora, AdMob, and our content servers.
- CAMERA — to show your video during a call.
- RECORD_AUDIO — to capture your voice during a call.
- MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS — to configure speaker, microphone, and audio routing.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to detect connectivity and reconnect gracefully when the network changes.
The App does not request location, contacts, storage, phone state, or SMS permissions.
5. Children
The App is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has used the App, please contact us at the email below and we will take action.
6. Your Rights
Because we do not store any personal account, there is no profile to access, edit, or delete. If you want any anonymous analytics or report data tied to your device removed, contact us at the email below and we will action it within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the California CCPA/CPRA. These include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold personal account data, most of these rights are satisfied by default.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS for our network calls, DTLS-SRTP for live video and audio via Agora). Anonymous matching entries in Firebase are protected by Firebase security rules. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. International Data Transfers
Firebase and AdMob may process anonymous data on servers located in the United States, the European Union, or other regions where Google operates. By using the App you understand that your anonymous technical data may be transferred to and processed in those regions.
